Finnish and infrared saunas

Everything you need for the perfect sauna experience

Saunas are thermal environments designed for wellness and relaxation, where the user is exposed to high temperatures to stimulate sweating, improve circulation, and relax muscles. There are several types of saunas, the most common being:

Finnish sauna: The classic version of the sauna with high temperatures (70°C – 100°C) and low humidity. It is made of wood (usually spruce or pine) and provides a dry, intense experience. It is equipped with a stove that heats stones, onto which water can be poured to temporarily increase humidity.

Infrared sauna: Uses infrared panels that directly heat the body rather than the air. The temperature is lower (around 45–60°C) but provides deep heating and intense sweating, with positive effects on skin and muscles.

Saunas are valued for their relaxing and detoxifying effects, helping reduce stress and improve skin health. They can be installed indoors or outdoors, ranging from traditional to modern, minimalist designs.

Turkish steam baths and related equipment

Turkish bath, also known as a hamam, is a type of steam sauna that offers a wellness experience through exposure to hot, humid steam. Traditionally popular in Middle Eastern and North African cultures, the Turkish bath is renowned for its positive effects on the skin, blood circulation, and muscle relaxation.
The operation of a Turkish bath is based on a steam generator that releases moisture into the room, maintaining a temperature of around 40–50 °C with humidity that can reach up to 100%. This moist environment promotes sweating, toxin elimination from the body, and improved skin condition.
The experience often includes cleansing rituals such as scrubbing with special gloves or soaps that encourage skin exfoliation. Turkish baths are frequently combined with massage and aromatherapy to enhance relaxation and therapeutic effects.
Installing a Turkish bath in a spa or wellness center provides an ideal environment for deep relaxation, detoxification, and the improvement of physical and mental well-being.
