Design
Our design department is the heart of innovation. The technical office continuously works on developing state-of-the-art solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of the pool and wellness sector.
We use advanced design tools, such as 3D modeling software, to create both virtual and physical prototypes.
Production
In our production facility, thanks to high-precision automated machines and optimized production processes, we work on:
- Polystyrene processing for the production of ISOBLOK formworks
- ABS plastic processing for injection molding of elements from the Real line
- Fiberglass fabrication for: stairs, floor bases, technical rooms, and more…
- Thermoforming of fiberglass stairs
- Production of Nevada filters for residential and public pools
Assembly
After completing the production phase, we proceed to assembly:
- Energy management and distribution systems
- Pre-assembled technical rooms
- Electric and manual backwash valves, essential for maintaining water quality in public pools
- Yui spa tubs and Garden and Liberty mini pools
Distribution
Our logistics team ensures efficient product delivery thanks to a well-organized transportation network across the country.
Thanks to the strategic placement of warehouses, we can guarantee fast delivery times and meet the specific needs of our customers.
Storage
Our spacious warehouses, covering 34,500 square meters, ensure excellent product availability for fast delivery and a constant stock of a wide range of materials.
We also use automated inventory management systems, such as vertical warehouses and drawer systems, to optimize space and increase efficiency.
Customer support
Our commitment doesn’t end with the production and sale of products. Our service department is available to provide technical support and address all after-sales issues.
